Today I’m thankful that I have the right to vote. It’s hard to believe that it’s been less than 100 years since women were granted the right to vote. As women, I think we have just as much responsibility to vote as the men around us. I do think it’s interesting that men will still try and persuade their wives, daughters, mothers, etc. to vote a certain way. I have had my husband and my father tell me who I need to vote for in the past few days. And they aren’t in agreement.
I’m thankful that I get to make up my own mind. I’m thankful that I have so much freedom, as a woman, but more importantly as a citizen.

No, I haven't but we wouldn't miss our chance to vote! We'll be there next Tuesday!
